Food has been an integral part of my being for the past 25 years or so and I love cooking for my friends and family.
The regional uniqueness of ingredients and cooking styles has me intrigued. While I do primarily focus on Indian food, I have been known to dabble in all kinds of cuisines.
Flavors, textures, spice pairings, and the expression of utter enjoyment of tasting a well balanced morsel - these are a few of my favorite things!
Almost all my recipes are borrowed... sometimes directly from the source and sometimes a modified second or third hand recipe.
