Learning, creating, discovering, building, improving - it is a never ending process. Change has somehow been one of the strongest elements in my career, personal life and much else. The one thing that has remained constant are my friends. 

For over 20 years, I've been in Marketing and Communication in different industries - hospitality, education, business process services'. Then came a big change 7 years ago, I moved halfway across the globe with my family in tow to work in Operations. The change was massive - new industry, new city & country and a new beginning. I loved the challenge. It was physically devastating, but I had no idea just how much and exactly what I was capable of doing. I learnt a ton, pushed my limits, excelled in areas I couldn't've imagined functioning in, made fabulous friends and reinforced my passion for customer delight and discovered my passion for process, and operations.

I have changed gears again... another industry, and another new beginning, but the focus remains process, operations and customer delight. 

I live in beautiful Sudbury with my husband, son and dog. My daughter is a sophomore in University and lives in Philadelphia. I love cooking, feeding people, and reading. If you ever want to explore Indian cooking or have an authentic Indian meal, just give me a shout. 

Thanks to my trusty phone camera, I have discovered that I am a pretty decent photographer as well!
